of Using 11cuci

1 General Terms and Scope of Agreement

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and 11cuci ("Platform", "us", or "company"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, products, games and facilities provided through the 11cuci website.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 11cuci platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

The 11cuci platform operates under international licensing and complies with fair gaming standards. All games offered use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent body.

2 Eligibility and Membership Requirements

To register and use the 11cuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a contractual agreement.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Register only one account per individual, phone number, email address, and device.
• Use your own funds and not money obtained illegally.

11cuci reserves the right to request proof of age in the form of a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other official document at any time. Accounts that cannot verify age will be suspended until satisfactory verification is provided.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This information includes your full name, email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth. Incorrect information may result in account suspension.

3.2 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal can be processed. You are required to submit a copy of your MyKad or a valid identification document, proof of current address and payment method information. This process is intended to protect all members from identity fraud.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. You must keep your password confidential and not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the 11cuci support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit for all available payment methods is RM50. The 11cuci platform accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM100. The standard processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes once the withdrawal request is approved. Processing time may vary depending on system load and additional verification requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before submitting a withdrawal request, members must ensure that KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method registered in the same member's name. 11cuci does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• All withdrawals are subject to internal security review.
• Bonus funds that do not meet the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 11cuci reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals of large amounts.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

11cuci offers various types of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and eligibility conditions that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The 11cuci welcome bonus gives 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value: in this example, RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. 🎁

If your deposit is RM600 or more, the maximum bonus is RM500, bringing your balance to RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

5.2 VIP Programme

11cuci members are eligible for the VIP Programme, which covers three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 1.0%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.5%). Progression to a higher tier depends on betting activity and member loyalty.

6 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 11cuci platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be changed, cancelled or withdrawn after confirmation except in specific technical situations acknowledged by management.

• Any outcome determined by the 11cuci gaming system is final and binding.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption may be deemed void and refunded.
• Winnings resulting from system errors or software bugs will not be paid out and will be voided.
• Accumulator or parlay bets are subject to the maximum limits set by the respective game providers.

For slot games, the outcome of each spin is determined entirely by a certified RNG. 11cuci does not influence or manipulate the results of any game. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is as stated by the respective game developers.

7 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

11cuci members are required to behave respectfully and comply with platform rules at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure:

• Use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or play on the platform.
• Collusion or cooperation with other members to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Abuse of promotions or bonuses through multiple account registrations.
• Offensive language or behaviour directed at customer support staff.
• Any attempt to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt 11cuci's systems.

8 Suspension, Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Suspension by 11cuci

11cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or activities that compromise the integrity of the platform. Legitimate funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned once the investigation is complete, provided no breach is proven.

8.2 Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 11cuci customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification is completed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

For members who feel they need a break from gambling, 11cuci provides a self-exclusion option. Members may apply to exclude themselves for a set period or permanently. 9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The 11cuci platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or delays.

11cuci is not liable for any losses arising from a member's internet connection failure, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or betting decisions made based on misunderstood information.

11cuci's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the account balance held by that member at the time of the incident. 11cuci is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

10 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

11cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Terms and Conditions document at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official 11cuci website.

It is the member's responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

This document is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to 11cuci's international licensing. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will first be resolved through 11cuci's internal procedures before any further action is taken.
